On arrival at the Cancun International Airport, you will clear immigration, claim your luggage and pass through customs.  Once you are outside the terminal your driver will be waiting for you with a Welcome banner showing your name, he will wait for you near just to the left of the terminal exit.  From there he will take you directly to your accommodations.

Note that Cancun Airport Taxis charge $79.00 USD one way for this service.

Grocery Shopping - If pre-arranged, our driver can take you to shop for food supplies at a convenience store in Puerto Morelos on your way from the airport to your accommodations. We can also provide this grocery shopping service for you, on pre-arranged request and with your itemized list. There is a small fee for this service.

TIPPING - The usual tip to our Representative/Driver who greets you is $1 to $2 USD per person. This is optional and depends on the services the driver provides. Drivers depend on tips but they know they must earn them.
