There are 6 standard and breezy rooms and 2 Cabañas on the
premises. All rooms have 2-double beds, refrigerator, microwave,
purified water, bathroom with shower, a fan and includes a
complete Mexican Breakfast daily. The Cabañas have their own
standard kitchenette equipped with a stove, refrigerator, a
“garafon” of purified water, 2-double beds, bathroom with
shower and fan.

This charming three-bedroom Guesthouse sleeps 6 persons
and is located at only 350 yards from the beach and 3
blocks from the town square. A large garden area with
patio makes it an ideal vacation for those seeking
tranquillity. CASA ALEGRIA
provides air conditioning units and ceiling fans in every
room. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms; one with 2 single beds
and one with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom with
large shower on the main floor. The 2nd floor provides one
sleeping room with a double size bed, a private bathroom
with shower and balcony with sea view. Includes a mid-week
change of linen and towel change. There is a laundromat in
town if you need to do laundry during your stay. The
common rooms include a living area with TV and a CD stereo
radio, a dining area with one large bottle of purified
drinking water. The kitchenette is equipped with basic

This peaceful complex containing 8
small one-bedroom studio apartments is located at a short
walking distance from the beach 4 blocks from the town
square. There is as well a one two-bedroom
Villa on the grounds. Excellent for Large Groups
who want the complex all to themselves!
Daily maid service and bottled water are provided for each
apartment.
From mid-January to mid-April, it is
exclusively booked by Yoga groups. It is set
up for large groups with an outside wet bar kitchen
buffet areas. A hot/cold breakfast buffet along with
dinner buffets are available for groups on a reasonable cost
per person basis. An all-inclusive food package for
large groups can be quoted.
RATES: US $55.00 per day in
double occupancy + 12% (May 1 to Nov 30). Weekly rates

(Bed & Breakfast GUEST ROOMS) Located
within a short walking distance from the town square,
this 5-bedrooms Villa, with a wrap around terrace on the sea
side and a private wall-in beach area, is perfect for large
family vacation. Contains
one master bedroom with two other bedrooms with in-suite
bathrooms. The
other two bedrooms with private bathrooms are located a few
steps outside of Villa.
No Air Conditioning but ceiling fans throughout.
During the winter season (January-April) the owners stay
in the villa and rent out the two other bedrooms as Bed
and Breakfast. Sleeps up to 12 adults, Cable TV
in the Villa and two of the bedrooms. Stero, BBQ
outside, large spacious kitchen, washer & dryer. The
rest of the year, the villa and the two bedrooms rent as one
whole property. Can
be rented in either options.
