Payment
and Deposit Information:
In order to receive a confirmation, we require a 30% guarantee
deposit at the time of reservation. The information about where to
send it will be given to you upon your booking acceptance. The
balance is to be paid upon arrival in cash or travelers checks.
If you prefer, you can also send us your credit card information
at the time of booking. There is a five percent (5%) surcharge for
the use of a credit card. We accept
All date changes are subject to availability and applicable to
seasonal rates.
Cancellations Policies:
All
reservations cancelled are subject to penalties which vary
depending upon at which time the cancellation request is received
in relation to the scheduled arrival date (local time). Once
payment has been processed, cancellation requests are subject to a
minimum five (5) percent cancellation penalty.
Cancellation requests received on the same date of the scheduled
arrival date, will be considered a No Show. No refunds will be
made for No Shows.
