This large vacation rental condominium complex is conveniently located on Cancun’s best beach at KM 20.5 in the Cancun Hotel Zone, only 10 minutes away from the Cancun International Airport.  From the main entrance you will find a bus service that runs 24 hours and makes it a safe and easy way to get around the Cancun hotel zone.  The cost is very accessible and is only good until the first drop-off.

The efficiency Studio units accommodate from 2 to 4 persons and some are one-bedroom suites.  Subject to availability, the rents are by the night, week or month. There are either a studio, master unit or a two room master suite with kitchenette. All rooms have ocean front view or a balcony, air conditioning, Cable/TV Satellite, a safety deposit box, swimming pool & Palapa Bar, elevators, parking area and a 24-hrs private Security, laundry room and a convenience store.

This complex is located on the beach; nearby there are rentals for parasailing, jet skis and other water sports.  With a little walk up the beach, you will find some great snorkeling at the Club Med reef.  The beach is a tropical paradise where with some luck, you will be able to see the famous turtle nests.

Depending on the season, for a Studio Unit the vacation rental rates run from$80.00 usd per night to $550.00 usd per week (7 nights) and $1,200.00 usd per month, plus utilities.  Cleaning is made once a week.

A Two-room Master Suite vacation rental runs from $100.00 usd per night to $900.00 per week and $1,600.00 usd per month, plus utilities.

The rental for 3 months or longer will receive a special discount off the over-all total, when paying the full amount at the time of rental. If staying less than one month, the rate will be given at the daily and weekly rate only.
