This charming three-bedroom vacation rental in Puerto Morelos sleeps 6 persons and is located just 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from the town square.  This is an ideal vacation rental for those seeking tranquility.  At the back of the rental house, there is a large garden area with patio and an after-beach shower.

The 1st floor of this lovely vacation rental has 2 bedrooms; one with 2 single beds and one with a double size bed.  There is a bathroom with a cold and hot water shower on the main floor. The 2nd floor provides one sleeping room with a Queen size bed, a private bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view.  Includes a mid-week change of linen and towel change for a stay of 7 nights.

The common rooms in this vacation rental house include a living area with cable TV, a CD stereo radio, DSL Internet connection and a dining area.  The kitchenette is equipped with basic utensils for 6 persons and kitchenware.  Pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, blender, toaster, stove with oven and refrigerator plus one large bottle of purified drinking water.

This vacation rental house has air conditioning units and ceiling fans in every room, as well as a safe on premises.  There is a washing machine on site if you need to do some laundry during your stay.  The Owners,  Martha and Andrés Uscanga, live next door and speak English, French, Spanish and some Italian.

Price Range:
Starting from US $665.00 per week for up to 2 persons. For each additional adult, there is an extra charge of US $50 or $100 each per week, depending on the season. Monthly rental is available on request.
