The complex is located at only one block from the town square (Zocalo) with the delightful white sandy beach at its door steps. You will find the ideal place to relax and at the same time explore the beauty and mysteries of the Yucatan Peninsula.

The 30 Villas of different models can accommodates from up to 3 or 4 persons per unit. The amenities consist of kitchenette, refrigerator, cable TV, some with A/C or fan and a private bathroom. The units have 2 double beds or a 1 king size bed. A bottled purified water is supplied in all units.

You can swim, snorkel or dive at the second world’s largest coral reef barrier or just relax on the beautiful wide sandy beaches located right outside the property.

Price Range: From $60.00 usd per night, in double occupancy, tax included. Each additional person $10.00 usd per night, tax included.

Depending on amenities and season:
Low Season – April 20-December 19, 2010 $60.00 $70.00 $80.00 usd per night, in double occupancy, tax included.
High Season – Dec 20-April 19, 2011 $80.00 $90.00 $105.00 usd per night, in double occupancy, tax included.
