Cancellation Policies

The Policies may vary per room type from the hotel room description or a Vacation Rental property.
Check-In: 15:00 hours (3:00 p.m.) Check-Out: 12:00 hours (12:00 noon)

Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival, no refund will apply; there will be a 2 nights charge and the balance will be applied to another rescheduled date available. (Except for the Christmas, New Year and Holy weeks, cancelations must be received 21 days prior to arrival).
In the case of a No-Show, there is no refund applicable.

Children and extra beds: Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged per night, when using existing bedding. The maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is one.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately to the hotel.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Payments: A guarantee deposit will be required for all reservations. Upon receiving acceptance for a reservation, you can make your payment either through our PayPal account (www.paypal.com) or directly to our US Bank account available on request. We will send the information as to how it is to be made with further details. There is a fee charge for using PayPal or a Bank transfer; there is no charge fee for a direct bank deposits.
