A few blocks from the Puerto Morelos town square and just a few steps away from the white sandy beach,  Studios Marviya is a growing Condo-Hotel project located in the residential area.

At the end of the project, the 3 story property will have a total 10 vacation rental units.  Each unit has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room area with a TV set and a queen size hide a bed sofa , a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom. Daily cleaning with change of linens and towels every three days.  All have a balcony view overlooking its peaceful inner garden with its water fountain.  Ideal for short, medium and long stays.

On the roof, there will be a common ocean view sun deck, including outdoor furniture and a hammock corner.

The inground pool located in the inner court will keep its actual Zen inspiration with its garden and fountain as well as its inner balconies.

PRICES range from:  $400.00 per week and $900.00 per month, depending on the season.
